At TNS ORG our primary goal is to help the honey bees. For a decade or more bees have been under serious threat from mankind – we’ve ‘cleverly’ designed ways in which to increase the yield of our food crops, and at the same time, unwittingly devised ways in which to destroy it at its source.
Honey bees are essential to crop pollination. Their survival is under threat from a variety of man-made pesticides, and despite knowing the culprits, here in the USA we’ve chosen to do little about it. Other countries have identified these harmful pesticides and removed them from the chain, yet here in the USA we seem to be in denial.
Our focus is to raise awareness of these issues and to support (both via promotion and financially) those organizations who can have a direct and powerful influence on the decision makers. One such organization for whom we have pledged our support is “The Foundation for the Preservation of Honey Bees”. They are a charitable research and education foundation organized with a mission of preserving and protecting honey bees to ensure a quality food supply and environment. Though there are others, we intend to focus our support on this organization since they work directly with the “Kids & Bees Program” and “Bee Buddies” to educate our youngsters in the role and importance of the honey bee.
Lastly, our parent company is a well known supplier of beehive products including royal jelly, bee pollen and propolis. For over a decade we have sought to perfect the combining of the substances from the beehive into potent elixirs of health. We’ve done so in an environmentally save way, always ensuring the integrity of our sources with emphasis on protecting the bees.
When you join us as a free ‘Blogger’ or paid ‘Supporter’, we hope you’ll use this platform to make a noise about health and wellness information and perhaps give a special mention to the wonderful honey bee. And remember that a large percentage of any profit from the Supporter Membership is donated quarterly to charitable organizations working in support of the honey bee, including organizations promoting awareness of food supply issues through the education of our children.
Thanks, and welcome!
